Jaabu Terms of Service
1. Jaabu is internet site owned by Radim Smicka, further only Operator.
2. Site allows users to advertise offered or wanted items (services) for free.
3. Jaabu services are free. Exception is additional function that can be paid. Additional function above standard isn't necessary condition for using basic function of Jaabu.
4. Operator could change advertisement, refuse to publish advertisement or delete advertisement in case that ad is against law of United Kingdom, against Jaabu rules or against good manners.
Jaabu rules are:
prohibition of advertisement of www site or company (it's possible advertise only products or services)
prohibition of diets, especially Herbalife
prohibition of Multilevel systems and affiliate programs
prohibition of Emailing
prohibition of pornographic ads
5. Operator has right to delete advertisement in case that ad is in wrong section, or in case that advertisement is against rule of Jaabu.
6. Inserted ad will be published 6 months for free. After this time ad will be deleted automatically. User can post max 30 ads.
7. User knows that it's possible to delete or change advertisement. User has to do this action yourself.
8. Operator only arranges contact between seller and buyer. Operator can't give any guarantee on goods. Operator isn't responsible for quality, origin, shipping or payment of items advertised on Jaabu. Anything you post on Jaabu is your responsibility.
9. Operator isn't responsible for misuse of personal information. User agrees with anonymous use of data for statistic.
10. Operator isn't responsible for activity of Jaabu users.
11. Operator can set limits on what you can do on our system, how much you can post to it, and how often you can use it. Operator can deactivate your account, block your address, or otherwise keep you off the system at our discretion. Operator doesn't take any responsibility for information that is lost or deleted from the system.
12. Operator isn't responsible for damage that could develop from using Jaabu. Operator isn't responsible if user can't access Jaabu from any reason.
13. Operator gives maximum attention to Jaabu services, and tries to minimize all risk that could develop from using Jaabu.
14. Operator could change Jaabu service without agreement (informing) of users.
15. User agrees that operator could send emails concerning Jaabu services.
16. These terms are valid when operator publishes it. Operator may change these terms any time.
